I am adoring this chilly weather.
Scarves, mittens, seeing my breath in the air,
and frosty sidewalks all made me smile this week.

I know its not quite the official end of summer
but September is my sign that fall is on its way.
For me the first official signs are all of the
aisles of school supplies in the grocery stores
(and kids proudly wearing their new backpacks ),
a sudden crispness in the air, and cravings of pumpkin bread.
So, welcome fall my favorite season of all.
And goodbye summer you have been sweet and I will miss you.
